Hi everyone! One of my favourite highstreet/drugstore makeup items has to be the Maybelline Colour Tattoo 24HR Cream Gel Shadows. As I'm sure you've heard by now, they're great affordable dupes for MAC Paint Pots. What I must add about these shadows is that they are more creamy than Paint Pots and do not dry to a powder finish like the MAC version. They stay on all day and can be used as an eyeshadow or a base. What's not to love?

First Post | Boots Haul!

Hi everyone! Welcome to my new blog: Blushing Fair. My name is Amy and I love all things beauty! I hope you enjoy this blog.

Now, onto the haul!

As my exams are coming up very soon, I thought I'd treat myself to a little pre-stress shopping before all the revision starts. I saw that Boots had a 3 for 2 mix and match offer on pretty much all makeup and tools so I thought it'd be rude not to. Here's what I bought!

From left to right: Maybelline Great Lash Mascara in Blackest Black, Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in Honey, Barry M Gelly Hi-Shine Nail Polish in Pomegranate, Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse in 004 Light Porcelain, Maybelline Color Tattoo in Turquoise Forever, Maybelline Color Show Polish in Latte, Real Techniques Core Collection. 

I'm extremely happy with everything I bought and I can't wait to try it all! I'm currently wearing the Color Show polish mattified on my nails but I'm especially excited to try the brushes and Color Tattoo.
